Kailali police on Thursday morning arrested a youth from Buditola in Godawori Municipality-5 in possession of 280-mg heroin.
The arrestee has been identified as Shankar Bista (27), proprietor of Roshan Highway and Khaja Ghar and a resident of Godawari Municipality-4.
Security personnel deployed from the Sudurpaschim Province Dhangadi-based Police Office nabbed Bista with the substance while he was in the process of selling it.
Further investigation is underway, informed the police.
