Nepal Ice has become the main sponsor in a one year deal with Himalayan Sherpa club at the beginning of the ‘Sahid Smaarak’ A-Division Football Series which will start on 19 November at Dasharath Stadium. From now until the end of the season, the name of the Club will be 'Nepal Ice Himalayan Sherpas Club'.
The agreement was signed between Gomju Dorje Sherpa, the acting chairman of Himalayan Sherpa and Pradip Pudasaini, CG’s head of business. The money involved in this one-year agreement has not been revealed by either party yet. The league begins this Friday, which is when Sherpas will play their first match against Sankata club.
