Former Prime Minister and Chairperson of Nepal Socialist Party, Dr. Baburam Bhattarai, has said the alliance with Nepali Congress was not only for election but for the country's prosperity.
Amid pressure due to the electoral alliance of the five ruling parties, the CPN (UML) has directed its leaders and cadres to devote themselves for the election campaigns.
Dr Baburam Bhattarai has said his party could not win seats in the recently held local level elections as expected for lack of honesty in the electoral alliance.
