The Tanahu Hydropower Project has expedited the transmission line expansion work. The project under construction has already constructed 20 towers to generate 140 MW of electricity at Rishing Gaonpalika-1, Jhaputar, Tanahu.
Domestic investors have expressed their willingness to invest in the Upper Arun Hydropower Project if the government and promoter company were clear about not increasing the time and cost of this mega project.
