Minister for Foreign Affairs NP Saud has said that the public would avail public services easily if the local levels are well-equipped with resources and facilities.
Dr Baikuntha Aryal has insisted on the collective efforts to reduce maternal mortality rate acknowledging that the government's sole measures are not sufficient.
Most of the provinces have formed the Province Public Service Commission and thereby initiated recruiting and promoting necessary employees at the province.
