The government has made a commitment that it would disclose the facts relating to the death of Mohammad Hakim Saha from Bhokraha Narsingh Rural Municipality of Sunsari in the detention centre of District Police Office, Sunsari.
The National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) has called on the government to carry out an impartial investigation into the Rupandehi incident, to bring the culprits to book and to provide free medical treatment to those injured in the incident.
