Minister for Communications and Information Technology, Rekha Sharma, has said Nepal has wanted to take benefit from the prosperity of neighboring countries.
The foundation stone for the construction of a new building of school in Butwal, which is being built with the assistance provided by India, was laid on Wednesday.
