On Friday, the team of the Valley Crime Investigation Office made public the 28-year-old Samir Sunar of Rupandehi Siyari Rural Municipality-7 and the 29-year-old Milan of the same place with an undisclosed amount of Rs 9.8 lakh from Kathmandu.
