A young man attempted self-immolation outside the parliament building in Naya Baneshwar.
He attempted self-immolation by spraying petrol.
It is said that the young man who attempted self-immolation was 36-year-old Prem Prasad Acharya of Ilam.
He is being treated at the burn hospital in Kirtipur.
