Kathmandu Metropolitan City is going to provide free ambulance service during the Dashain holidays.
Ambulance services are usually closed during Dashain holidays and in order to avoid the problem of not getting an ambulance when citizens fall ill during that period, the metropolis has started providing free ambulance services for the citizens. The metropolis has published a notification and said that you can call 102 for ambulance service and 1180 to get information about the dengue problem.
Likewise, the metropolis has said that dengue disease is currently spreading like an epidemic across the country including Kathmandu, so it will also provide health services for the treatment of citizens. The metropolis said that its health volunteers will get information about dengue and free ambulance service will be provided to patients. Not only this, the Metropolitan Municipality is going to deploy 558 volunteers during the Dashain holidays. They have planned to distribute Citamol and life water to the citizens of the metropolis.
