The Kathmandu Metropolitan City is working on mobilizing additional manpower for sanitation and environmental improvement. The newly added manpower has been cleaning the roads and sidewalks, collecting garbage, removing weeds from the banks, removing soil accumulated in the rainwater drainage ditches, planting plants and pruning.
