Ministry urges people to submit oxygen cylinders to hospitals, administration

The Ministry of Health and Population has urged one and all not to store the oxygen cylinders at homes without recommendation from medical practitioners.

Issuing a notice today, Ministry’s Assistant Spokesperson Dr Samir Kumar Adhikari has asked the general public to submit the oxygen cylinders stored at home in the nearby hospitals or local administration. At present, the country has demand for around 15,000 oxygen cylinders while the production is just 7,200 cylinders.
