A motorcyclist died in a road accident at Madhyapurthimi municipality-4, Chardobato along the Araniko Highway. Critically injured Bhattarai breathed his last while undergoing treatment at Madhyapur Thimi Hospital.
The deceased has been identified as Prakash Bhattarai, 43, of Chainpur, Sankhuwasabha, who is currently residing in Barhabise, Sindhupalchowk, confirmed DSP of Metropolitan Police Range, Bhaktapur, Deepak Giri.
The motorbike (Ba 93 Pa 9652) en route to Bhaktapur from Kathmandu met with the accident on Thursday evening after it lost control. His motorbike had hit the road railing towards the left side, DSP Giri informed.
