In the case involving cricketer Sandeep Lamichhane, the District Court of Kathmandu has ordered the production of further data pertaining to migration and birth registration of Gaushala-26.
Following today's hearing before Judge Sakuntala Karki, Shrestedar Kaushaleshwar Gyawali of the Court gave the order to extract the record of further papers.
Sandeep had previously been remanded to pre-trial custody at the detention hearing in the juvenile rape case by the Kathmandu district court, and his release on a 2 million rupee bond was granted by the Patan high court.
Lamichhane was granted permission by the Supreme Court to travel and compete in international events.
