A 16-km stretch of six-lane road from Bhaktapur's Suryabinayak to Kavrepalanchok's Dhulikhel under the Araniko highway is being widened. Due to lack of budget and delays, only 25 percent progress has been made on the road which was supposed to be completed in three years.
