DG of the Foreign & Commonwealth Development Office of the United Kingdom Ms. Jenny Bates called on Foreign Minister Dr. Narayan Khadka on Friday. Different matters of bilateral relations featured during the meeting, including the early start of talks on British Gorkha issues, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated in its Twitter post.
Also on Friday, Foreign Minister Khadka received the Director General of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation Ms. Patricia Danzi at his office. During the meeting, they discussed various sectors of Swiss cooperation in Nepal. During the meeting, the importance of such cooperation for Nepal's post-COVID economic recovery and graduation from LDC status was highlighted, among others.
