Vice President: There is no freedom to go beyond the scope of the constitution

Vice President Nanda Bahadur Pun has raised serious questions about the President.

He issued a statement and said that those who are responsible for the observance and protection of the constitution are not allowed to go beyond the scope of the constitution.
