Today, the Maghe Sankranti festival is being celebrated across the country. On this occasion, there was a rush of people bathing early in the morning in different rivers of the country today. Devotees are thronging these rivers as well as various temples today. On the occasion of this festival, the government of Nepal has given a public holiday today.
