President Bidya Devi Bhandari is on a two-day state visit to Bangladesh at the friendly invitation of her Bangladeshi counterpart Mohammad Abdul Hamid. She is visiting Bangladesh to take part in a special ceremony marking the birth centenary of Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, Bangladesh's Father of the Nation.
