Ganga Datta Ghorasaini, a 54 years old man, has been working as a potter for 16 years. He says," Porters usually get called by the shopkeepers if they have any jobs for them. While not only is the work uncertain, the payment also depends on the time and distance we have to take the goods to. Sadly during the lockdown, I could not get any job and had to leave the valley. However, things are back to normal as every shops and business are open." he added.
