Lost Bal Kumari Statue Found

A statue of Bal Kumari has been found after being stolen from a temple in Sunakothi Village 19 days ago. According to SP Yagnavinod Pokharel of Lalitpur Police Station, the idol was found in a sack at Karunamay's temple area in Hattiban area of ​​Lalitpur by the cleaner at the premises last night. Every year on the full moon of Mangsir and on the full moon of Chait, the procession of Balkumari Devi is done. The stolen statue is estimated to be 250 to 300 years old.
