With the continuous downpour since the last few days the roads in Kathmandu have become waterlogged and commuting has become an ordeal for both pedestrians and vehicle owners. One has to be cautious whether walking or riding a two-wheeler or driving a four-wheeler. Roads are covered with mud and construction materials and many are littered with potholes.
