A boat carrying migrants sank off Greece's Lesvos island early Monday, causing at least four deaths, Greek national broadcaster ERT reported.
The Hellenic Coast Guard had rescued 18 people in the incident, said the report.
Also on Monday, Greek authorities recorded three similar incidents off the island's coast and had brought 80 people to shore, ERT added.
Greece has been at the forefront of the refugee and migrant influx into Europe since 2015, and hundreds have perished in the Aegean Sea in the past eight years.
