A Russian plane carrying 23 passengers has crashed in the Russian republic of Tatarstan.
Sixteen people are dead in the crash.
The wreckage of the L410 was found at the crash site near the city of Menzelinsk.
It was carrying a parachute and out of 23 passengers, seven people have been rescued from the wreckage. the plane was found to be severely damaged and half of its nose was broken.
The local health ministry said seven survivors were being treated at the hospital and one was in critical condition.
