United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres and Foreign Minister NP Saud held a meeting at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Singh Darbar. Guterres has arrived in Kathmandu today for a four-day official visit to Nepal.
He is scheduled to meet Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda', Deputy Prime Minister, and Defense Minister Purna Bahadur Khadka at Singh Darbar today.
It is reported that the pre-arranged program scheduled for today's meeting with Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister Narayankaji Shrestha has been moved to Tuesday.
Similarly, Guterres is scheduled to meet with Nepali Congress Chairman Sher Bahadur Deuba and CPN (UML) Chairman KP Sharma Oli today.
He will also meet President Ramchandra Paudel today.
