Ukraine declares martial law after Russia's actions

Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelensky on Thursday declared martial law in the country after Russia launched a military operation against Ukraine.

A bomber struck shortly after noon in front of the Borispil International Airport in Kiev and other parts of the city, according to media reports. The country's airspace has been closed for civilian flights.
