The Lalitpur Metropolitan City has started vaccination against coronavirus with Covishield and Verocell daily except on Saturday.
Arrangements have been made to vaccinate people from 10 am to 3 pm on Sunday to Friday. Chief Administrative Officer of Lalitpur Ganesh Aryal said that the decision was taken to provide easy access to vaccines for the citizens. He said, "Earlier, we used to conduct vaccination program on a fixed date. It was reported that some citizens were unable to get vaccinated on the scheduled date."
Lalitpur metropolis is the first local level to conduct vaccination campaign for six days of the week against coronavirus. The metropolis had earlier conducted vaccination program by giving priority to age and health condition of the person.
