115 species of birds found in Syangja

As many as 115 species of birds have been found at Bhaisegauda of Putalibazaar Municipality in Syangja district under Millennium Trek.  

Such species of birds were found in course of recent study and research at the trek route linking Dulegauda of Tanahu to Rambachha of Syangja. A total of 13 people comprising representatives from different districts had carried out study and research of birds and butterflies in the 19-day Wildlife Research Method training organized to study birds.  

An organization 'Prakriti ka Sathiharu' had organized the training. Director of the organization, Raju Acharya' said that the participants during the training had learned about the identification of birds, butterflies, and mammals of the jungle and the research method. 

Experts had imparted knowledge to participants about birds, butterflies, and mammals in the training, he added. 

The organization has been organizing such training for the past nine years.
