Police have arrested 22-year-old Karma Tamang, a resident of Kavrepalanchok Mandandeupur municipality, on the charge of raping two 14-year-old girls.
The police arrested him on the basis of a complaint that he was forcibly raped on Friday night by taking the girls to a hotel in Bhaktapur Kamalbinayak.
The police are investigating further in this regard.
