Now, Nepalese who are going on a foreign tour will get similar facilities worth two thousand five hundred US dollars. The Foreign Exchange Management Department of Nepal Rastra Bank has amended the Integrated Circular-2079 issued today and made a new arrangement regarding the dollar facility.
Nepalese citizens visiting countries other than India will receive the same facility of maximum USD 2,500 per passport.
It is mentioned that the same facility will be provided only twice in a year.
Even those who availed such a facility before the date of issuance of the unified directive, it has been arranged to receive such a facility two more times in the current year.
Arrangements have been made to provide equal facilities of up to two hundred US dollars per passport to Nepali citizens who go for foreign employment with a work permit.
