37 percent of budget expenditure in 7 months

In the seven months of the current fiscal year 2023/24, the government budget expenditure is seen as 37.22 percent.

According to the data of the Comptroller General's Office, the government has spent a budget equal to Rs. Current expenditure during this period is equal to 44.92 percent of the annual allocation. Similarly, for the current financial year under the heading of financial management, a budget equal to Rs. Which is equal to 69 billion 85 million rupees. The budget for financial management is used to pay principal and interest on government debt.

In this sense, in the seven months of the current year, the capital expenditure is less than the expenditure on principal and interest payments of government debt. The government's revenue collection in seven months is equal to 38 percent. For the current year, the government aims to collect a total revenue of Rs 14,58,600 crore. But till the month of January, the revenue has been raised only equal to Rs five billion 54 billion 23 million 61 million

For the current year, the government has set a target of receiving foreign subsidies equal to four billion 802 million rupees
