383 COVID infections in far west in 24 hrs

A further 383 people were infected with coronavirus in the far-western region on Friday. According to the health directorate, in the last 24 hours, 2,031 samples were tested from PCR and antigen methods across the state and 383 infections were confirmed.

73 were confirmed by PCR and 310 by antigen. The PCR has confirmed 66 infections in Seti Provincial Hospital, six in District Hospital Doti, one in Kamal Bazar Hospital and 190 in Kailali, 101 in Kanchanpur, 11 in Doti, and eight in Baitadi through Antigen. Similarly, 10 people have been cured in the last 24 hours across the state. Not a single person has died due to the infection in the state during that period.
