The Nepal Army has provided 5,090 weapons and ammunition to the Armed Police Force, Nepal. Has been transferred.
According to the Military Public Relations and Information Directorate, the weapons were provided to the armed forces for training, security of special and highly specialized persons, office security, and conducting large-scale programs. It was decided to provide weapons.
Accordingly, the army has handed over the weapons today and the remaining weapons and ammunition will be handed over gradually, the army said. The Army is confident that the weapons will enhance the capacity of the Armed Police Force and improve relations between the security forces. Secretary at the Ministry of Defense Kiran Raj Aryal and Secretary at the Ministry of Home Affairs Teknarayan Pandey, Rathi Bal Krishna Karki Chief of the department Ashok Raj Sigdel, and others were present.
