Due to the effect of the western low-pressure system, there is a possibility of light rain with thunder and lightning in some places in the hilly areas of the country.
According to the Department of Water and Meteorology, there is a possibility of thunder, lightning, and thundershowers in the hilly areas of Province No. 1, Bagmati, Gandaki, Karnali, and some places in the far western region. Elsewhere, the weather will be generally clear.
There is a possibility of light rain with thunder and lightning in one or two places in the hilly areas of Province No. 1, Gandaki, Karnali, and Far Western Province with partial to normal cloud cover in the hilly areas of the country.
According to the latest details of the Weather Forecast Division, the minimum temperature in Kathmandu Valley today is 14.0 degrees Celsius and the maximum temperature is 29.2 degrees Celsius. Similarly, the minimum temperature of Jumla is 3.5 degrees Celsius and the maximum temperature of Dhangadhi is 36.2 degrees Celsius.
