Chief of the Pokhara Municipal Corporation Man Bahadur GC, who was admitted to the Neuro Hospital at Bansbari in Kathmandu for carnioplasty surgery, has been discharged from the hospital today.
His surgery was successful and the stitches on his head were removed.
Carnioplasty surgery involves the transplantation of a bone at the top of the head. When the inner part of the head becomes swollen due to a stroke, the bone is taken out and treated. Once the internal wound heals, the bone is transplanted. All his treatments have been completed except physiotherapy. He is scheduled to visit Pokhara in a few days.
