Yang Li Ming, a 49-year-old Chinese national, has been arrested by the police on charges of child sexual exploitation.
It has been said that he, who lives and operates Coca New Puree and Mattress Company in Lalitpur Bungmati, gets to know minors through Facebook, calls them to Kathmandu and engages them in various recreational activities, and sexually exploits them by showing financial temptation.
He had taken 2 of the 6 minors aged 14 to 17 years to his apartment in Bungmati and sexually exploited them and the other 4 girls were kept in a hotel in Thamel.
