Chinese Communist Party's Foreign Department Chief Liu Lianchao paid a courtesy call on Minister for Foreign Affairs, Dr Narayan Khadka.
In the meeting held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) on Sunday, the two discussed on various matters of Nepal-China relations, according to the MoFA.
They also exchanged views on further enhancing bilateral cooperation and relations between the two countries, the Ministry stated. The visiting Chinese dignitary arrived in Nepal on Sunday morning leading an eight-member team.
He is on a four-day official visit to Nepal. It is his maiden visit to Nepal in this role.
