Climbers who had climbed Mt Everest were honored today during the 75th anniversary of the diplomatic relations between Nepal and the United States.
On May 14, Nepali climbers including Pasang Phurba Sherpa had successfully climbed Everest. In the event, the embassy's head of public affairs, Garrett E. Wilkerson congratulated the climbers for the successful ascend and emphasized on its importance for the friendship between the two countries.
Now the team will be climbing Mount Denali in North America.
