The heads of state of various countries have sent condolence messages to President Ramchandra Paudel expressing their deep sorrow for the loss of life and property in the devastating earthquake that passed through Jajarkot.
President of Germany Frank Walter Stenmeier, President of the Czech Republic Peter Pavel, President of Austria Alexander Van Der Bellen, President of Nicaragua Daniel Ortega Saavedra, Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al-Thani and Pedro Sanchez of Spain have sent different condolence messages.
They expressed their condolences to the earthquake-affected families and wished for the speedy recovery of the injured. According to President's Press Adviser Kiran Pokharel, in the message, they expressed sympathy on behalf of their country, people and government in this time of natural calamity and mentioned that they are always ready for necessary assistance in relief and rehabilitation work.
Chinese President Xi Jinping, Russian President Vladimir Putin and King Charles of the United Kingdom also sent condolence messages to President Ramchandra Paudel.
