Deputy Superintendent of Police Vasant Pathak informed that when the house of Abdul Karim Ali of Jhapa-5 Simaldangi caught fire due to electrical leakage, the house of six people including Ali was burnt.
Due to the fire, the tin roof of Ali, the single house made of bamboo tatibera and the clothes, grain leaves, and utensils inside the house were destroyed, causing a loss of three lakh rupees.
In the same way, the tin roof of Abdul Julas Ali, the house made of bamboo tatibera and all the belongings inside the house were burnt and the damage was Rs. two lakh 50 thousand.
Similarly, Anawar Ali's tin roof, single-family house made of bamboo tatibera and clothes inside the house, food and utensils, Rs.350,000, Ismail Ali's tin roof, single-family house made of bamboo tatibera and clothes, food, and utensils inside the house are Rs.375,000. According to the district police office, the tin roof of Samit Ali, the single house made of bamboo tatibera and the clothes, grain leaves, and dishes inside the house were damaged to the tune of Rs. 450,000.
