Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister Rabi Lamichhane has given instructions to prevent the death of any citizen due to cold. He also instructed the concerned officials to submit the service delivery improvement implementation plan to the Ministry of Home Affairs within 15 days.
He instructed the Chief District Officer and the members of the District Security Committee to ensure proper governance and service delivery.
