Seventy-five-year Jhagru Mahato of Madi Municipality-3 was found dead in a conservational area.
Mahato's body was found in the Simlachaur area at 6 pm on Sunday. Ganesh Prasad Tiwari, information officer of the conservational area, informed that Mahato died due to a rhinoceros attack as footprints of a rhinoceros were seen in the area where the body was found. It is assumed that he may have been attacked by a rhino from Ward No. 3 Botesimara while he was sleeping.
