Sandeep Rayamajhi, son of UML secretary Top Bahadur Rayamajhi, who was arrested in the case of fraud by making fake Bhutanese refugees, was produced in the court today.
He was arrested in Butwal yesterday evening and brought to Kathmandu today to appear in court.
An arrest warrant was issued for former minister Top Bahadur Rayamajhi and his son Sandeep yesterday.
In this case, the police arrested Keshav Dulal, Sanu Bhandari and Tek Gurung.
Based on their statement, former home minister Ram Bahadur Thapa Badal's security advisor Indrajit Rai was arrested on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, Rai, who was arrested in the fake Bhutanese refugee case, has denied his involvement in a statement to the police.
