Four COVID patients die in Lumbini

Four coronavirus infected people have died on the same day while undergoing treatment at Bheri Hospital in Banke and Dang. Three infected people from Rolpa, Dang and Surkhet, who were undergoing treatment at Bheri Hospital in Nepalgunj, died today, according to the hospital.

Similarly, an infected person who was admitted to Hospital in Dang died today. A 58-year-old man from Lungri Village Municipality-6 of Rolpa, a 45-year-old man from Tulsipur Sub-Metropolis-15 of Dang and a 39-year-old woman from Bheriganga Municipality-10 of Surkhet died at the Bheri Hospital in Nepalgunj, said Tej Wali, a source at District Covid Crisis Management Center, Banke. 

According to him, a 58-year-old man from Lungri-6 Rolpa died at 2:00 am this morning, a 45-year-old man from Tulsipur-15 Dang died at 8:30 am and a 39-year-old woman from Bheriganga-10 Surkhet died in the morning while undergoing treatment.

At the same time, 386 people from other districts have come to Banke Hospital for treatment after corona infection so far. A source at the District Covid Crisis Management Center, Banke, said that the pressure of re-infected patients is increasing at Bheri Hospital, which is the corona treatment center of Lumbini, Karnali and Far-Western states.

A 79-year-old woman of Ghorahi Sub-Metropolis-17 has also passed while undergoing treatment at Corona Special Hospital, Belzhundi. Manager of the hospital Dorna Wali informed that she died this morning while undergoing treatment. The woman had been undergoing treatment in the intensive care unit since July 30. He had respiratory problems along with pneumonia. At present, six people are undergoing treatment in the intensive care unit of the hospital.
