Police in Kailali district apprehended two youths in Tikapur Municipality-7 in possession of almost 10 grams of heroin on Monday evening.
The arrestees have been identified as Dilu Rimal Pandey (24) and an 18-year-old boy, both residents of Kapur. The name of the teenager has not been disclosed.
Security personnel deployed from the Kalakunda-based Police Post arrested the duo with narcotics while conducting a security check in Baidi.
Earlier, police in Kapilvastu district arrested two youths in possession of 2.64 grams of heroin in Kapilvastu Municipality-6, on Monday afternoon
The arrestees have been identified as Sakil Darji Musalman (21) and Samim Darji Musalman (20), both residents of Krishnanagar Municipality-6 in the district.
Security personnel deployed from the Kapilvastu District Police Office arrested them along with narcotics while checking them in Thumuwa.
Further investigation into the cases is underway, informed the police.
