General patients urged not to come to the hospital

The Bharatpur Hospital has requested the patients not come to the hospital for small health issues. The Medical Superintendent of the hospital Prof. Dr Krishna Prasad Poudel issued a press release today urging the patients not to come to the hospital with common health issues.

Mentioning that the COVID infection rate in the district has increased tremendously. In a statement, the hospital said, "Everyone knows that the number of COIVD infections in Nepal has been increasing rapidly for the last few days. A large number of doctors and health workers have been infected at the Tribhuvan University, Teaching Hospital, and even Bir Hospital in Kathmandu."

The statement said, "In this regard, it is appropriate to postpone the arrival of patients to the hospital, which may be normal and may occur later in the examination." Stating that the covid positive rate seen in the last two days test at Bharatpur Hospital is very high, it is stated that 95 people or 55 percent tested positive in 172 cases on December 13.

Similarly, in the test conducted on 186 people on 14 January, 115 people have tested positive in Bharatpur Hospital.
