'Gurkha: Beneath the Bravery' is being screened in 12 different cities across the UK. In Nepal, this movie is slated to release on September 9.
After that, the movie is planned to be screened in different places in, Brunei, Singapore and America.
This movie is based on the heroic saga of Gorkhali, Samir Gurung, who plays the role of Victoria Cross winner, Kulbir Thapa. Likewise, Gaumaya Gurung plays the role of Kulbir Thapa's wife, Mainya.
The film focuses on an important event in the Gorkhali history, which is produced by a group of volunteers. The profits earned from the movie will go to the Gorkha Welfare Trust.
