The Ministry of Justice of Korea has set a period of time for foreign nationals who are currently living illegally in Korea to voluntarily return to the country. According to the Ministry of Justice of Korea, illegal aliens who leave Korea will not be fined and will be allowed to re-enter Korea within the time period set for February 28, 2023, effective from this November.
