Indian ambassador to Nepal, Vinay Mohan Kwatra, paid a courtesy call on Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba and congratulated him on being appointed the executive leader of the country.
Ambassador Kwatra had visited Deuba at his residence in Budhanilkantha to congratulate him. The Indian Embassy in Kathmandu said that during the meeting Kwatra talked about the cooperation that Nepal and India had in various sectors and also about the people-to-people relationship between the two countries.
The Indian ambassador also mentioned he was ever-ready and willing to cooperate with the team led by PM Deuba in other developmental works in the coming days. Kwatra is the first ambassador to congratulate Deuba after his appointment as Nepal’s prime minister.
