Chief Minister of Lumbini Province Kul Prasad KC has said an investment-friendly atmosphere was being created in Lumbini.
Industry and trade have a huge role to realise people's dream of prosperity in the province, he said, adding that the government had forwarded the programs to encourage the investors.
CM KC said it while inaugurating the seventh annual general meeting of Industry and Trade Organization Tilottama here Saturday. He also claimed that the government brought the budget in a way it would promote industry.
According to him, Lumbini Province was hit hard by political crisis and the COVID-19 pandemic, which is now moving towards prosperity. Once the economic activities are restored, people's problems would be addressed fully, he argued.
Meanwhile, Minister of Agriculture, Food and Land Reform, Suman Sharma Rayamajhi said the provincial government was committed to solving farmers' problems.
